Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

All subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected term.

Refund window

You may cancel and request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not initiated more than five interests. Refunds after this period are made only in cases of duplicate charge or verified technical failure.

How to request a refund

Email billing@theonepercentmatrimony.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the current term.
