That visibility is why this platform publishes no browsable profiles. Membership is reviewed before entry, and an introduction is arranged rather than a contact number released.

Transfers, cadre and timing
Cadre postings and central deputations shape availability and geography. Introductions here are paced for that reality: a small shortlist, read carefully, with a scheduled call rather than an open chat.
How membership actually works here
- Applications are read by a person, not scored by software, and reviewed within 48 hours.
- Service and profession are checked against documents before a member is admitted.
- Portraits stay blurred until interest is mutual on both sides.
- Contact details are never published on a profile page.
- A member can withdraw from an introduction, or from the platform, at any time.
